Born from a calling.

RichCare Solutions was born not from a business plan, but from a calling. Our founder, Sariah Richardson, a teacher, mother of three, and woman of deep faith, spent over a year navigating one of the most demanding credentialing processes in healthcare. She did it largely alone, while supporting a daughter through gene therapy treatment, teaching full time, and holding her family together with grace.When she received her Ohio Medicaid certification, it was confirmation of what she already knew: she was meant to care for people. RichCare Solutions exists to provide the kind of care where clients are truly seen and not managed. Where every visit matters. Where faith, dignity, and community are not afterthoughts but the foundation of everything we do.We serve the South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, and greater Cuyahoga County community, the same community that raised us, the same neighbors we sit beside in church, the same elders who deserve to age with dignity and joy.

Our Services

We provide non-medical in-home care services designed to support daily living, preserve independence, and keep clients comfortable and connected in the place they call home.

  • Personal Care Services: Bathing, grooming, hygiene support, dressing, and mobility assistance all delivered with dignity and respect.

  • Homemaking: Light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and maintaining a safe, clean home environment.

  • Meal Preparation: Nutritious meal planning and preparation, including culturally relevant and special diet support.

  • Companionship: Meaningful conversation, shared activities, and consistent human connection for isolated clients.

  • Medication Reminders: Timely, attentive reminders to support medication adherence and daily health routines.

  • Errands & Shopping: Grocery shopping, prescription pickup, and other essential errands to keep daily life running smoothly.

  • Respite Care: Trusted temporary relief for family caregivers, providing coverage and genuine peace of mind.

  • Overnight Support: Awake overnight care for clients who need attentive support through the night hours. $200–$250 per shift.

  • Community Transition: Support for clients moving from nursing facilities or hospitals back to home or community settings.

  • RN Assessment: A licensed RN/NP conducts your initial clinical intake and builds your personalized care plan. Complimentary for new clients.

  • ODA Waiver Services Certified provider for Ohio Department of Aging waiver programs. Medicaid clients welcome.

  • DODD Waiver Services Certified to serve clients on DODD waiver programs including Community Transition services.

Because a life fully lived deserves to be remembered and honored.02 Care & Connect Visits: Every visit ends with intentional time like a card game, a devotional reading, a shared prayer, or a meaningful conversation. We care for the soul, not just the body.03 Intentional Caregiver Matching: We thoughtfully match each client with a caregiver based on personality, shared interests, and faith background — not just who is available that day.04 Faith & Community Bridge: For clients who desire it, we support connection to local faith communities, devotional reading, and prayer — honoring the spiritual dimension of whole person care.

Transparent Pricing

We believe families deserve to understand exactly what care costs. All rates listed are for private pay clients. Medicaid waiver clients are billed through their approved service plan.

Homemaking: $35/hr
Companion Care: $35/hr
Respite Care: $38/hr
Overnight Support (8 hrs): $200 -$250 per shift
RN Assessment: Complimentary for new clients**Complimentary for all new clients during our introductory period. Standard rate $75 thereafter. 3-hour minimum visit applies.

We welcome referrals from hospitals, nursing facilities, social workers, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations. We respond to all referrals within 24 hours.
